It's leg day, and Maylene loves leg day. It's a nice spot for training, isn't it?

In case you're curious, the punching bag is a reference to an italian brand of boxing related stuff, called "Leone" I think, hence the Pyroar joke, and the pot has flowers representing fighting and purity! How interesting is that?
