I started writing this let’s talk and immediately found myself listing a bunch of negative things again, which seems terribly counterproductive.  And productivity is something I could really use right now!

So let’s start with the most positive thing: you people! Thank you a thousand times over for your continued support. It’s immensely appreciated and while I try not to make stuff for “likes” or anything I do adore every comment I come across.

Now today we have the first release of a shorter comic released on Tuesdays as well. I keep finding myself infinitely guilty for not providing more and higher quality content. Especially in the case of bigger projects. So I thought a little extra Diana might be enjoyed!

As for bigger projects, I am always working on things beyond the normal weekly stuff, though at times progress is slow. As of right now I’m mostly working on a project that is about 40% done, it’ll be six chapters in total, though I’m not going into any further details yet. I hope it to be something that is just another little level above my regular stuff. Hannah will have to wait just a little more, will probably get back to that after this one! Vanessa and Starlight are stuck in limbo for now, though I definitely plan to revive that at some point. I'm sorry for being presumptious with teasers about that series.

But let’s talk about the main reason why I’m making this post: storytelling. I myself think I’m not that good at it. My characters can be a little one dimensional or not properly defined, the storylines are a little simple. It’s something I’m working on, but unlike making pretty big girls it’s a bit more complex! To this end I’d like to ask all of you a question. How do you feel about my stories? Is there anything I can improve? What is your favorite storyline you’ve seen so far and why? I’d really, really appreciate it (if you have the time) if you could tell me what you did and did not like! Vote in the poll below for your favorite story/series, you can only cast one vote!

I don't believe that your characters are particularly one dimensional, but maybe this comes from the way you are making your stories. Most of the time your stories are "relatively" short with 3-4 parts (even though those parts have 90-100 pages). With that structure I think sometimes you have to sacrifice something. If you concentrate on feast of strength and other eye candy, you might lose on the narrative side and if you focus on character development, you might have to tune down other aspects. I think you found a solution to this in some of your stories, like Dating Big and The Girl Nextdoor (the first had a smaller scope in terms of narrative and gave time for the characters to shine while the other uses scenes and events to let us know the characters better). What I'm trying to say is that I don't think there is a golden rule that applies to every story, I believe it's fine if some have somewhat cliche characters if that serves the plot. But at the same time I like subtle hints and small details that could affect the characters or stories (like mentioning the job of Chloe's dad in Alt Amazon which I believe could have an impact on the connection between Chloe and Eve. But maybe it's nothing and I just create theories, but that also could be useful as readers could get more engaged in the stories).

Thank you! Yeah I definitely have to sometimes limit it to one or the other. I just don't want to get bogged down in endless 300+ page stories that'd take up a lot of posts with the risk of people not actually enjoying them all. Which is why I opted for comics between 80-110 pages after which I give you guys the option to chose what gets continued and what doesn't.

I'd love costumed superheroics. Some amazon super girl. Whether an alien, or a human girl made mighty by magic or super science. Learning about her gifts, mastering them, and of course absolutely wrecking bad guys without even trying. But your stuff is all terrific! The best Patreon I've ever supported!

Aah man you don't know how intense my desire is to make something like that: and how intense my fear is that I'll make something that can never live up to my own hype about it.

I really like it when women start to grow unintentionally but like it afterwards and want to grow even bigger / start to act more dominant. Competitive Growth is just that, so it fits my taste just right. I like the effort you put in to write different characters. For a short story it is really good.
