Hey! With only 2 more characters in Tier 1, its time to vote again. All characters you suggested plus some from the previous poll are here, for a total of 72 Characters.

Of those 72, the top 24 will move to Tier 2 (already has 24), the mid 24 will stay in Tier 3, and the lowest 24 will be cut.
