Commission Discounts! (Patreon)

Since im changing up how i do my Patreon i might as well think of new rewards to add too.

So from now on Tier 3 and 4 will be getting Commission Discounts for when i do commissions in the future.  Tier 3 will get 10% off and Tier 4 15% off.

This doesn't mean that you will get a commission all it means is that when i ask out if anyone wants a commission and you say yes and have been chosen you get the discount off the final product.
