If I become a tier 3 patron how many term rewards will I receive and if I am a patron each month will i be able to continue to choose two past characters each month?

Everything i make in a term you will receive at the end of it and yes you get to choose 2 characters each month.

I became a tier 4 patron 2 questions can I choose 2 characters instead of 1 term? And how do I choose?

If you want 2 characters you can choose the Tier 3 Rewards and you can choose which ones you want after i sent out the Term Rewards

It charges me when I first sign up, so I will get term 29 and 30 for July right?

It charges you at the end of the month. you can choose 2 characters not 2 terms.
