that broken heart song was my emo song back in the days lmao the vocals, back and forth between sn and kh, the strings in the back, the slow rap everything about this song is perfect AND YES WESTLIFE, I listened to their songs alot so i think maybe thats why i vibe with this a lot

you know, back in 2015 2016, their music was kinda hard to digest at first for the gp because they was into cutesy pop sounds (bap was the only one with similar sounds to mx at that time i believe) so people always criticize their choice of music sounds (but look at 4th gen now, every bg is doing such an amazing variety of sounds and soaring high) and combined with the hiatus thing, they struggled a lot and even apologized while crying to the fans on a live because they were not doing well on the music shows (i mean they didnt need to, but i bet they might have felt like they were at their lowest moment of their career and would end there) after all these issues plus wonho leaving, i am just glad that they are still keeping the same sound they debuted with and still going stronger each year, i am just happy to see the steady growth, it must have been hard for them to see the small difference from time to time, it's still better than having a burst of growth and dying down afterwards. and yes to this day, people are criticizing mx first before even giving a chance to listen their sound. MX has so much more to offer, a shame for them tho

Also, the re-packaged version of Rush has a version of Hero with almost a ... dubstep? sort of sound. It's wild, I play it when I really want to act a fool. There is a dance practice to that version as well, so perhaps we'll get to it one day! <3 Thanks Lok

Actually All their self cam videos are cute haha their music has infatuated me since I first dove in! So glad I did!!! So glad you have so much more MX content to to discover. I always forget how amazing this album is as a whole. Also it's wild that their first super popular song was Hero which is a bside... and people kind of forget that Rush was the title track hahaha... My favorite songs from this album are Perfect Girl and Gone Bad btw. Also all the songs on this album except Broken Heart have MVs - and we really need to do the deep dive for bsides MVs at some point in the future (I know it will take time, since you wanted to do the dance practices marathon first, but we'll get there hehe).
