I enjoyed the album. I think it’s a solid start. I’ve heard theories about Dimension and why it was produced the way it was. Dimension is kind of like a theme song for tripleS. It’s like the song evolves and blooms as the group grows. This AAA version is like a teaser demo. We get the instrumentals and the vocals were there in the background as like a placeholder. The vocals will be more prominent and detailed when the group comes to fruition. Anyway that’s what I heard about it…So who knows. I just think that the producers would not have overlooked the vocals mix unless it was a planned thing. So I don’t have a problem with the song when I view it as an unfinished product. You can argue if the song should be in the album and I think it would have been better if they left it out, and released it as a separate single and disclaimed it as a demo. But I am looking forward to seeing the song “grow” over time if that makes sense. Overall I love this group and am super excited to see (KR)ystal Eyes.

I'm really blown away by the Generation, it's playing in my head 24/7 (especially the la la la part). Rolex is very dreamy and shows off their vocals wonderfully. Charla is a perfect vibe and my favourite b-side. With Dimension, it's Jaden who we are dealing with, so the mixing must have some purpose (at least I hope because the beat is superb) it also reminds me of the J-pop and how the mixing there often sucks. Overall, I'm impressed by the album, and I'm hyped for the KR debut.

i agree that the mixing is off on Dimension, but i still enjoyed it

In Dimension the vocals and the way it was put together made it attribute more to the vibe than it would have otherwise. Vocals don't always need to be in the spotlight for all songs. I believe thought went into this, not an oversight. My expectations were also high and this was a pleasant surprise to me, I have been listening to this song more than the others it puts me in such a good mood.

Yeah that's totally fair man. I guess yeah it's just certainly not what I was expecting but like I said too, that's just on me tbh. Vocals certainly don't need to be the spotlight for all songs but I'd hoped they would be here. Thankfully though, as I've heard this on the playlist more, I've warmed up to it now. I like it, but not to the point where I think it's my favourite. But I like it nonetheless :)

I like hearing dimension with my eyes closed it just sends me to another dimension whenever I hear it. I believe that's the purpose of the mixing, it just feels dif. It's more focused on the instrumentals and I actually like songs like that. Tho it threw me off when I first heard it coz I was not expecting it to be like that but when I focused on the instrumental it was actually goods.
