So the scene with Megumi and Toji was Toji realizing that Megumi was his son, and when Toji asked for his name and Megumi Said Fushiguro not Zen'in, he was glad he didn't end up in the Zen'in clan, as that's the clan Toji was from and left cause he hated it.

The anime has a few original action scenes that were not in the original manga (since you need to fill up episode time) but they put effort into them, for example the scene where Toji is poking broken bits of rubble to destroy the rabbit shikigami's is original. Also, Sakuna taking time off from his fight to troll some random sorcerers nearby while Jogo is throwing a meteor at him is hilarious (for him at least). Also also, the nurse smoking with the principle is Shoko Ieiri, she was the 3rd member of the team Gojo and Geto were in, she was in the flashback arc and was usually on her phone. She's one of the only healing sorcerers they have so her safety is a high priority and she isn't sent to fight. She also asked Yuji if she could dissect him after he came back from the dead in season 1.

Redemption

Rip all those normal people in that city being torched to death (behind the window) or melted into lava. 🙏(Everyone comment covered the rest 😂)
