I love how easily Gus got a read on who Walt is as a person, that speech was precisely constructed to feed into Walt's ego and delusion that everything he's done so far is actually ok

lotta butthurt egos between Hank and Walt XD. I at least feel bad for Hank, you're right that he should just admit that his short time in El Paso messed him up and that its okay to admit it disturbed him. I think he is torn between fear and shame. Walt is just pissy because he got played by Gus and that Jesse can actually make his own formula that works.
