I'd say this is probably one of my higher rated episodes of the series, it's just fun, it actually won an emmy for its music by the way. I've said it before, but I like Bullock lol, even with his... less charming aspects, he's a fun character, just one with a lot of problems he needs to work on, but his heart is usually in the right place, even if he doesn't like batman he'll work with him because he's fiercely loyal to Jim Gordon. He's fun to watch in the other Batman things he's shown up in as well.
