The Pit certainly brought the very old guy back to life, but now he's got serious issues!

ah, the good old Lazarus pits lol, Batman's good old get out of jail free card when it comes to character deaths in the comics, practically everyone in the comics has been revived by it at one point or another, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Joker, like half a dozen different Robins, The Riddler and who knows who else. You may not remember, but we met Talia a little while ago in the series, about two weeks ago, I'll let you know this because it's not spoilers for the animated series, in the current comics Talia is actually the mother of Damian Wayne, Batman's son (she apparently drugged Bruce and well... yeah, kind of messed up). Damian was born in secret, to be Ra's successor, but is now being raised by Bruce as a Robin and eventually the next Batman, Damian is... arrogant and kind of annoying (he doesn't have Batman's no killing rule, at least from what I've seen), he grows on you, you won't meet him in Batman TAS though, he's not part of this continuity, his first comic appearance was in 2006, Batman actually has 2 children, in the comics from what I know, Damian (who becomes a Robin) from Talia, and Helena (The Huntress) from Selena Kyle.

Ra’s Al Ghul takes a bath in the Lazarus Pit every hundred years or so to stay young. If someone dies and gets resurrected by the Lazarus Pit, they turn insane and have bloodlust. In the show Arrow, one character who was resurrected through the Lazarus Pit had lost their soul and needed an exorcism to get their soul back.
