I've noticed both HB & MD leave crumbs throughout episodes that significantly increase the re-watch value of the show(s). It was really cool to see your new insights into Blitzø's character in your Ep 1.8 reaction. The major difference I've noticed is that HB episodes have a clear enough "basic" plot to follow so rewatching adds layers upon layers of character & world development to the primary plot [Arcane does this too], whereas MD's is almost built with an expectation that viewers will understand 40% of an episode, then rewatch the entire series to get another 20% through the current episode, and then still need to wait for more episodes / more rewatches to get closer to 80% understanding of the characters and worlds. If you end up re-watching and learning new plot points from old episodes as you edit or prepare for episodes, would appreciate hearing any of them!
