Currently, the admin panel system is quite messed up for tracking reward status. If you have already complete the payment (not declined), but not yet received the reward message, you can poke me via personal message so that I resent the reward again.

You have to be active patron by end of 31th October to receive October rewards. If you join after that, you will be in November Batch, which will be delivered in December
