Great observation on their live vocals. They are known to be a top tier group who sings live. Some of their best performances are actually live when they can perform for audiences. I'm thinking about some videos where they are acoustic or acapella that I think you would really like.

If you see a performance from a show where multiple groups appeared, some Korean fans will only cheer for the group they stan. So if you see fans not reacting at a show, that might be why. They may be showing their loyalty to another group, or they may just not know the music. The worst extreme of that is when they not only don't cheer, they turn off their lightsticks. When large groups of fans turn off their lightsticks to ignore a group, that's a "black ocean." It's very noticable, because lightsticks are almost required at a Kpop show. When a significant part of the audience turns theirs off, everybody knows. It's considered very rude.
