Yep, you can practially vote them all. I have no control on the limited numbers you can vote.

Rip, yeah it sucks and while I’d say make rules for it, but knowing some people, they likely won’t follow them

I think that's fine. Not everybody will vote for every character in the poll, and that is what will make the difference. Plus it will give you an idea of how popular a character really is among your patrons.

Additionally, the point of this kind of voting isn't to determine the favorite, but the character most people are "okay" with. In the of chance there is a tie, you can be the tie breaker. I haven't made a poll, though I'm pretty sure the creator can still make their vote.
