WE DID THE THING! (Patreon)

Thank you THANK YOU thank you THANK YOU everyone that participated in the birthday celebration! I want you folks to understand the numbers of how big of a difference this made:

• 47 new or upgrading Patrons
• Over $250 in growth
• Almost 70 people signed up for stickers

*deep inhale, exhale* Wow. Damn.

First of all, I'm flippin psyched to design the 4th sticker. I will take a ton of suggestions on Twitter, narrow it down to 3-4 options that I think are doable, and then make a Patron-only poll so you folks can vote on the final creature.

Second, if you are owed a shout-out and didn't get one, DM me so I can finish those up over the next few days. I had a bunch of notifs to navigate thru and I don't want to miss anyone.

Third, this was a huge success and I promise that I'll do something like this again when I need a boost on here. People seemed to really enjoy the shoutouts and there's a bit of hype for the stickers, which is all very reassuring!

Last, the AMAs will be starting again in early May. You can check out the previous AMAs to look at the format if you'd like. I will make a post for $5+ Patrons to comment on with questions, and then I'll make a public post with the answers.

WHEW.

One month ago, Patreon was providing necessary income that covered most of my health expenses. Now, Patreon will be covering almost all of my rent each month. This takes a huge load of stress off my shoulders as a self-employed artist with heavily fluctuating income. I can't overstate how important this is to me. Patreon gives me room to breathe.

I'll be continuing to post blog posts and tutorials over here, and if you have something you'd like for me to cover, throw ideas at me in the comments or on Twitter! I'm always open to new ideas and am happy to write about whatever folks want to know.
