Swapping Patron Comms (Patreon)

After some deliberation and talking to comm tier patrons: 9 people out of 10 said go for the proposed change I gave them so....

I'm going to be closing out the patron comm slot and swapping to less time based comm slots. This month's patrons get their stuff with the full prepay, and I'll still be doing next months with the one month of prepay so they get their money's worth.  After August patron stuff is cleared for the even month patrons, I'll be taking batches of 15 slots that I'll then work through, with priority to previous comm tier holders as a sort of thank you, then open the slots again when the 15 are done. Gives me some more leeway on time, and lets some fresh blood get a chance to get things.
