Hi all!

The Patroncast is here again, and this month we're discussing how we're keeping Ted nice & toasty as winter approaches...

Naturally, you can also watch the unlisted YouTube video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rto5sdh_gNQ

Or you can just download it from Google Drive if you prefer - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vQ6H8X9rjnHTCtFi-DMt7tsuSla3eJhI/view?usp=sharing

And don't forget the entire playlist of Patroncasts too -  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xy8-DABMEx4&list=PLwH1xJhcXG0f38Jjmzko1yKXoTR_c2MFJ

And as for Ted, given there were a fair few Halloween questions, I thought we'd share Ted's Halloween costume - a truly terrifying (and slightly purple) ghost...

Great as always Jon, about F76 and Atlantic City it looks vastly different from The Pitt, there a few dev diary's that explain it more if you want some more information.

Like D&D, early level combat in BG3 is very... Simple. Best way I can put it. Martial characters get "unga bunga" one a turn, barbarians getting to unga bunga a bit harder. Casters get to cast a couple spells in a fight, then get tapped. Once you hit level 3, it starts to pick up. Subclasses for martials unlock, giving cool abilities. Casters get higher level spells. You start to get cool new magic items that really change how you do combat. You can bet in democracy 2024 I will vote for a BG3 game!

What I found in BG3 just starting out that as a Rogue I got more options as I went along, which I liked, but felt something was missing. So I wanted to do a generalist with story leeway. A Drow elf, Seledrine aligned, street urchin, Bard. Almost a one-man band. You can go evil, you can go good, you can skip out on fights and still be called a hero... talking my way through to understand what was going on really helped me get my head around things. Now I'm doing a stand-offish Rock Gnome, sage, monk. This person I figure got fed up with all the training and decided that knowledge was where it was at. No spells, that was paramount. Using the modded in Way of the Kensei to get more weapon options. Basically I have to use everyone else in my party to interact with others as my character sucks at it. Make a decision of who you would like to play and ADAPT to it. Much fun can be had in BG3 which packs more in Act I in the way of story than most other RPGs I've played.

Hi Jon, I left the question about Greek and Roman antiques. I'm here to clarify the book. The book states that it's a complete collection of all know antiques discovered but doesn't reference specific discoveries, instead it focuses on them in a 'Dictionary' style, giving a brief history on the discovery and then moving on. Also the book is quite big lol, its around 600 pages long and is a pain to study from! Also love the coin answer, I'm always fascinated by ancient coins as all are unique in some way and I didn't know anything about this type ✌️
