Hmm I don't think that's how the date line works

I don't think Australia is 4 days behind

I'm at least 20% sure that Australia is currently summery, November-y, and upside-down.

Oh, well I missed the questions portion of the month

Regarding view count, I've been really busy lately and put like 40 of your videos on my Watch Later playlist lol. I finally watched like 8 of them today... all caught up on both Survival Modes :). Perhaps November was just a busy month? Blame the election? Maybe people just aren't watching as many let's plays. I wonder if it's a site-wide phenomenon.

Low level Nuka World sounds good, you can become the king of the raiders before you meet Preston Garvey. I feel a bit disappointed you have left the Witcher series out of your plans. VR does not work for youtube viewing, the whole conversion beats the advanteges of the VR.

Hey Jon just to let you know you can turn achievements off on consoles at least for the Xbox one you just go to settings then notifications then Xbox notifications and it's in there, I assume it's the same for Xbox 360 and also PlayStation, don't know if you have a Xbox one but if you do there's how. Also just to let you know incase you haven't found it yet in watch dogs 2 there is a side mission where you help Aiden the original protagonist and you get a certain reward in the form of a jacket hat and mask for helping him out, I believe it's called shadows thanks for the great content

About that whole voice soothing or sexual thing. I have chronic migraines, I get at least a small headache on a good day. When I listen to your videos where it is mainly you talking and no game audio, they just go away and I feel much better. So some of them are real

My concern about Fallout 1 (aside from stuff I've mentioned on reddit in the past re: frustration factor) is that it's very text heavy, develops slowly, and has kinda been done to hell and back on youtube. I worry about the effort to return for it, because you're probably gonna end up having to skip a ton of stuff/read a LOT of dialog. Granted, you know, if anyone can turn it good I'll bet you're it. Re: Nuka World? Someone on Reddit was pointing out that they'd gotten to Nuka World on easy at level 3, and hit level 10ish by the time they got out of the gauntlet. I think that sounds fantastic, do you think it'd transition into a full run of the game? Or would it be a mini-series?

It's not like it relieves a headache for me or anything, but I too love your voice.

On Fallout. I have to admit I've started to get tired of the Fallout 4 videos which are starting to feel a bit samey to me, I agree that a lot of the interest in survival mode was in the early videos and your Nuka World suggestion definitely caught my interest.

(Right, enter doesn't do new lines here...) Fallout 1 is definitely interesting to me as something I've never seen before, and while I often have trouble going back to older games like Fallout and Baulder's Gate (Where I sometimes have trouble distinguishing objects from the background) I still really want to know what captured imaginations back in the day. Having you drawing my attention to interesting elements (and cutting out some of the slower paced elements almost universal to games of that era) is a great way to do that.

Also YAY Rome total war. Definitely one of my favourite games ever, and one I think I shall enjoy your commentary on immensely. One last thing, as this is a more direct line to you. There is one element of Mass effect 2 I haven't seen you mention that I always felt was a nice touch. The loyalty outfits, though rarely a direct improvement over the more iconic basic stuff, are more closely based off a single colour pallet of black and gold (although I think that DLC characters kind of muddy the water on this a little with reds). The implication being that as you gain the character's loyalty they are getting on board with the idea of working as a team.

Would you consider doing your next kill everything in Tale of Two Wastelands? I would love to see you play through Fallout 3 in Nev Vegas's engine.

Rome Total War will do good; Such a great game and your last playthrough stopped too short! Also, FO1 might be slow at first, but it would catch peoples attention.

I think the problem is, Jon always rushes the best guns and is very efficient with the play throughs, Which is fine for the first one or two playthroughs but after a while the story stays the same because 4 has no real choices in quests and the character becomes over powered really quick it's SURVIVAL mode yet he's clearing out entire buildings full of Super mutant masters and Primuses with little real danger.

I feel like you're right, and something like "no legendaries" would make for a much more interesting run to watch. It's definitely easily doable, and seeing him hunt higher tier gear and better mods (rather than that next legendary) would make for a bit more of an intense experience. But I'm also in the camp that absolutely loves the Fallout 4 content. I wouldn't go as far to say you have no choice in what you do, he just has his routine that he tends to follow early game. He's also got a pretty set play style (stealthy, vats heavy, cautious as hell) that is fun to watch, but less when the rule sets are as similar as we've had. So far we've had a normal difficulty sniper, melee (which is basically easy difficulty and felt like a sniper with a sword), and a second sniper on survival. That's definitely gonna feel samey compared to his old kill everything/no kill/yolo sets, because of the very different rules he set on himself. I know the odds are low, but I'd really like to see him break out of this routine entirely. A no stealth/no vats survival run is a different beast altogether, and would have a totally different feel to it.

Have you heard of Hitman Roullete? It gives you kill types and challenges to complete on the different maps in Hitman 2016. https://thekotti.github.io/roulette.html
