Hi Jon, Claire and HRH Queen Tabby. I'd like to ask, how much investigation and planning takes place before you start a game like Skyrim? I ask because I can imagine that starting such a large undertaking will require you to know what you want to do for the first few hours at least before you can take a break and react to the community. I also understand that it is a rather large commitment for your channel, taking 2 video slots for around 6 months (still amazed you manage to produce as many videos as you do with just the 2 of you)... Do you have any freelancers working on the channel? Asking for a friend :P Have you considered growing the production team? I remember you mentioned you would like claire to have a video slot. Have you managed to convince her on this? I also appreciate that the current Ad-revenue crisis, (which having seen Jim Sterlings recent video) I believe has been identified (although I sorely suspect); the revenue situation requires you to instantly challenge a decision to get the correct Ad revenue to be effective.
