September 2017 Patroncast Submissions (Patreon)

It's time for me to put together this month's Patroncast, while it's still September in just over half of the world's timezones.

EDIT: The Patroncast has now been recorded, and so new questions asked after this point cannot be answered.

Unfortunately, we didn't quite have time to fully revise the FAQ this month, so a couple of answers are slightly out of date, but it will definitely be up to date by next time.
