11-17-2023 v1.395 Update

• The blood test interaction can now detect WTDs from RPO
• Fixed an issue that causes sims to wear random outfits during blood test, they should now either not change their outfit or change into the hospital gown

Weaning

1. Sims who are lactating can now nurse their toddlers, this interaction can be found under "Toddler Care". Toddlers can also initiate this interaction if their caregiver is lactating, and will do so autonomously when they are hungry. They will nurse until the toddler is full or until your sim runs out of milk. There is a 10% chance either sim will get a moodlet.

2. Once a toddler has been nursed at least once, you will be able to "Start Weaning" them when you are ready, this interaction can be found under "Toddler Care"

3. You can choose between "Quit 'Cold Turkey'" or "Gradual Weaning".

4. Quitting cold turkey will make your sim stop nursing immediately. but it will also make your toddler angry, you may choose to "Try to Explain Weaning", and give them an excuse or tell them the truth as to why they are not getting any more breast milk. Your toddler will either accept the explanation and happily move on, or they will continue to be angry for the next two days, and forget about it eventually.

5.Gradual Weaning will allow your sim to wean your toddler gradually, meaning they will still nurse them but they will only do so for a couple of minutes each time. And after two days they will stop completely.

Pregnancy Checkups

6. The "Get Ultrasound" option is now replaced by "Get Pregnancy Checkups"

7. There are now two more build and buy objects besides the ultrasound machine that can be used during pregnancy checkups. You may find them by searching "pap smear", "hospital bed" or "pandasama". The Pap smear bed is required for the "Get pap smear" interaction, the hospital bed is required for the "Get blood work" interaction but you may use a regular exam bed.

8. Your sim will get the pap result through the phone the next day.  There is a chance your sim might have HPV but it does not require any treatment.

9. And your sim will get the blood work results on the phone only if something is wrong with their result. The blood test can detect  pregnancy complications from HCR, and will be to detect WTDs from RPO in a future update.

10. There is also a 15% chance your sim might have a Rh negative pregnancy. In which case they cam get a RhoGAM injection. You can either go right after after getting the phone call, or "Call obstetrician", "Get RhoGAM Injection" at a later date. There are currently no penalty for not taking the injection.

11. Just Click on the doctor and select "Get RhoGAM injection" After you arrive at the hospital

Pitocin

12. Sims can now get pitocin at the hospital to speed up their dilation, my new hospital bed is required for this interaction. Getting the Pitocin will make your sim become fully dilated, it can also be used to fix stalled labor. However there is a 2% chance your sim might get a uterine rupture, in which case they will be forced to give birth through emergency c-section.

13.You can trigger uterine rupture through childbirth settings for storytelling purposes.

14. Sims will now get a customizable birth certificate when giving birth through using the child birth mod

Update 10-26-2023:

• Made an attempt to fix the Read to Baby interaction giving LEs to some players. Please let me know if the update is not fixing the issue for you

09-29-2023 Update 1.393:

• Fixed an issue that caused the "Pandasama:Fridge_Milk_picker' TypeError: 'NoneType' object is not iterable" LE when clicking on the cookbook from the Home Chef Stuff Pack
• Fixed an issue that causes sims to get empty notifications after doing blood test(I have temporarily removed the RPO WTD detection until the compatibility update is released by RPO)

• Fixed an issued that caused the "ready to nourish" moodlet to not go away after nursing a toddler
• Made an attempt to fix the issue where sims would not get into the correct position when doing the "read to baby" interaction

• pap smear and hospital bed can now be found on residential lots
• fixed a few typos
• fixed an error that causes Better Exception to flag the mod as outdated and broken
• The blood test can detect WTDs from RPO once RPO releases its compatibility update
