Trying something more paintery for my couple pieces :3 I always want to draw Link and Zelda together XD I did miss drawing more portrait type of pieces so this was fun in that aspect. 

edit: very minor tweaks to her face :) mostly to sharper her nose and make her eyes sharper :)

I love this piece! Both Link and Zelda have great expressions and I love the pose and composition. Only critique I really have is some parts are sharp and some parts a bit smudged making it look improperly focused. Not enough to detract though - look forward to the PSD and video. :D

ohhhhh my gosh!!!!! this is incredibly amazing! the way you colored it is so very lifelike-- the picture looks dramatic even though they are hardly moving. this is one of my favorite works from you in a long time.

Amazing! I absolutely love your painterly style, it has such a warm, passionate feel to it. I think this style is the one that shows off your skills the most, because you can just feel the effort and emotion that was put into your work. In my opinion, the painterly feel is what makes your art so unique, if you showed me this picture without a watermark, I'd already know in a second that this is your work. This is hands down my favourite piece by you so far, so keep up the great work Sakimi Chan!

This is a great portrayal of a moment between them. There are so many little subtle physical queues they are both giving off that says so much. The painting makes it look that much more rich. Great job with this!

I agree with Jay. This artwork truly shows your skills and personally I'd like it if you created more pieces like this one. I like the interaction and emotion the characters express, and the painterly feel certainly gives off a richer sense to your painting. Would you consider creating more pieces like this?

I like this paintery style. It reminds me of your older style which I had really liked too. Also noticed that the light dot in Zelda's eye looks like a heart. Nice touch.
