Not a fan of guys but really nice nonetheless. Except One Piece recommendation I would recommend Snake from Metal Gear Solid, or possibly Raiden if you prefer him.

Probably not really the popular ones and some quite old but here are my suggestions^-^: from World of Warcraft - some blood elf male character or maybe prince Kael'thas or Illidian, dark elf from good old Lineage 2, Alucard from Castelvania series, from anime: D gray man - Kanda, Psycho pass - Makishima, Trinity Blood - Cain or Radu (almost all male character were looking good) , Togainu no chi - Shiki, Shingeki no bahamut - Azazel, Kamisama Hajimemashita - Tomoe or Sakuna, Bleach - Renji,Ulquiorra, Durarara - Shizuo, Aquarion Evol -Kagura, Hellsing - Alucard.
