I'm trying out Google Forms for collecting feedback (that way, it's all in one place). If you get the chance, please answer as few or as many of the questions as you like. I'd def appreciate anything you guys are willing to offer!

This form also allows you to stay anonymous, in case that better suits your fancy!

I will advertise this form a few times over my break, and may add additional questions if I think of any.
