PHEW New month yet again. :U

Been doing my darnedest to try to catch up with the Verzi's Choices I owe. I just have one more to go from October, so i'm making progress. :D 

This month, I will be implementing my new Downvote system! (<-click to read if you haven't!) Again, this is an experimental thing, so i want to see how it goes for a month or two. For the most part, its implementation will be the same as when i first introduced it last month, except for one change: I changed the number of downvotes needed to eliminate a consolation from 3 more than the total voters to 2 more, so it takes a minimum 3 people to eliminate a consolation with one supporter.

I look forward to seeing how this affects results... if it affects it at all.  👀
