Download vamX 1.32 - Release 2 - Scenes & Voices (Patreon)

NEW AND IMPROVED in vamX 1.32

New British female voices Philippa and Constance. Constance is a more dominant voice with occasional dominatrix type lines. These new voices are by the excellent Pixie Willow!

New male voice Allen. You can also apply this voice to the main "female" (as a male) for use if you change your partner to a male.

Added new Environments to the Scene tab: Space Station Habitat Scene Set, Casino Scene Set, and Massage Table Scene with the Cs_Digital Studio Massage Table.  These are "simple" environments with all poses in the same chosen location.  The Space Station Habitat and Casino scenes have multiple buttons that open these large scenes in different locations. If you are on a massage table, choose bed poses unless you want her standing on the table (or use Pose -> 2nd Page -> Move -> Start Move to move standing poses). When loading the Space Station scene, it can take a while (maybe 30 seconds), but if you switch from one Space Station scene to another (different locations in the same environment), it switches quickly.

Updated Bonus Scene Pack (or from Mega) that includes sexy examples of using specific vamX looks, clothes, lighting and voices with the new scenes. This includes a gentle Dominatrix speech scene, Lesbian Space Colony scene, Casino scene and Massage Table scene. Many of these scenes also demonstrate the new female and male voices. The Bonus Scene Pack contains fully set up Scenes that you load from Virt-a-Mate's scene browser.

Added voice commands to trigger Dancing Together, practicing Capoeira Together, practicing Martial Arts together (fighting). You can say (in normal or Chat AI): "Dance together", "Dancing together", "Dance with me", "Let's dance", ""dance party", "Capoeira Together", "Let's do some Capoeira", "Practice Capoeira", "Martial Arts Together", "Let's practice martial arts together", "Let's practice Karate", "Kick boxing". Added voice command for both people to get naked. You can say (in normal or Chat AI): "Let's get naked", "Shouldn't we both be naked", "Naked together", "Let's both get naked", "Do you want to get naked?", "Should we take our clothes off?", "Let's take our clothes off", "Take all our clothes off". The AI Chat feature costs us thousands of dollars per month in hosting and service fees. If if you want to use AI Chat (which is not at all required for these voice commands) you need to subscribe to the VIP + AI + ChatGPT Tier.

If this is your first time using vamX, start with the vamX Tutorials scene as described in the download steps below.

Download and Run vamX

1) Download vamX_1.32 for Virt-a-Mate 1.22 (or from Mega).
Also download the updated Bonus Scene Pack (or from Mega).

2) IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT, YOU MUST ALSO DOWNLOAD vamX.Base.1.var (or from Mega)!

If you already downloaded vamX.Base.1.var for vamX.1.31, you don't need to download it again.

If you are trying to update the Steam version (no longer for sale), see these simple instructions.

If you are subscribed to the VIP + AI + ChatGPT Tier, use either this build or the beta build, but you MUST get your password and instructions here.


3) Optionally (not required) download the AddonPackages. These haven't changed since vamX.1.29.0.0.

4) Put var packages (from steps 1-3) in your Virt-a-Mate/AddonPackages folder. Don't rename or extract .var package files. If you have previous versions of vamX, you can delete them. Previous versions are only useful if you created and saved scenes with those versions of vamX. If you don't have Virt-a-Mate or a Virt-a-Mate key, learn more here.

5) Open Virt-a-Mate, click the Scene Browser, then find and open the vamX scene (thumbnail of a woman wearing a bra and panties, lying on a bed). If it's your first time using Virt-a-Mate, start with the vamX Tutorials scene instead. If you see a white box instead of the vamX menu, you don't have the vamX.Base.1.var package in the root of your AddonPackages folder. To verify the vamX package version before opening the vamX scene, click the gear icon in the bottom right corner of the vamX scene icon.

6) If it's your first time using vamX, press Help -> vamX MAIN TUTORIAL from the vamX UI -> Scene tab.

7) If you're having problems or want to learn advanced tricks, see vamX Help.

8) Should I download anything else? If you've downloaded the latest version of vamX, you have all vamX features. The only additional thing you can download are the separate vamX Environments. Environments can only be opened as separate Virt-a-Mate scenes and cannot be switched to in the main vamX scene tab.

9) First get comfortable using the vamX scene, then advanced users can Add vamX to other scenes.


VAMX VOICE CONTROL 1) Set your Windows default microphone before opening Virt-a-Mate 2) Have the Virt-a-Mate window active (the last selected window selected by clicking anywhere in the Virt-a-Mate program or clicking the Virt-a-Mate icon, not by using Alt-tab). You can download VaM Stay In Front .zip (Optional - Helps if you accidentally click other windows while using Virt-a-Mate - VaM Stay In Front keeps the Virt-a-Mate window active, which keeps voice commands active). Addon Packages (optional) Full Addon Packages folder (2.9 GB) (You must still download vamX 1.31 in addition). Some vamX items and pages are marked in-game as AddOn, to use those items you need the Addon Packages. The Addon Packages haven't changed for vamX 1.32.

Voice Effects Pack (optional) In Sound you can add Vocal Effects. All Vocal Effects are modifications of the original female Belle voice. You can choose from a variety of normal sounding or strange (e.g. angel, robot, monster) voices. Download the vamX Voice Effects Pack.

For those already familiar with vamX functionality you can load vamX into any scene using the Merge Load scenes. Watch the Merge Load Tutorial Video on Mega or X VIDEOS (set the quality in x videos to 1080p). You can also use the Add vamX plugin which adds an "Add vamX" button to the main Virt-a-Mate menu.

BUGS / IN PROGRESS

There was an issue with Maive AI crashing Virt-a-Mate when used. If you use Maive and downloaded vamX 1.32 Release 2 before September 24th, download it again using the updated Download vamX_1.32 for Virt-a-Mate 1.22 link on this page.

Reporting an issue: After clicking the "MAIVE ON" button, the program always terminates without warning. However, this issue does not occur in version 1.31. The CPU being used is AMD 5975WX, the graphics card is NVIDIA 4090, and the RAM is 512GB.

Anyone else notice miss-alignment issues with this version? Particularly with the blow jobs?

I'm going to need to look into this. It's strange as the improvements made shouldn't effect pose alignment, but I think that sometimes things do get out of alignment. Try changing from bed to standing poses and back (or vice versa) or reloading the same pose again. Can you let me know specifically any poses which you just can't get to align well with the default people after messing around a little? I will also look into it for 1.33.

Thanks for the report. I tried it and it did crash. I'll check into it. We started thinking about how to integrate some Maive emotions into the AI and some code must have been changed / broken. (edit: this is now fixed, please download the latest version from this page, it's now updated)

Hello! The recent update seems to have fixed Maive crashing the game, But for some reason I can't seem to get speech recognition to work. Nothing seems to work. I tried disabling and unplugging every other mic, I tried using desktop mode and vr mode. But it just doesn't react. Is it bugged or am I just missing something? :D Also, is there a way to sync lovense toys with your phone? The plugin that is for that only accepts the bluetooth usb.

Speech recognition in AI or non-AI? In non-AI you must have the Virt-a-Mate window be your latest selected window (active window) plus have Sound -> Speech Recognition checked. You also need to set the correct default microphone in Windows. For AI, make sure you hold down the right mouse button or vr controller trigger while talking. For lovense, only bluetooth vibration is possible now.

Thank you for the response, but that wasn't the problem. After playing around for a little bit I discovered what was wrong. In the in-game tutorial it says, that you have to start by saying "Maive" or "Ok Maive" but, if you say "Maive, wear a dress" or "Ok Maive, can you hear me?" she doesn't react. But, if you say "Wear a dress" or "Can you hear me?" then it works fine. Unsure why that is though. Maybe I'm just badly mispronouncing "Maive" :D And yeah, it's the non-AI version.

nice voices (female ones) but why do i feel that most of the voices (at least english and english verrsions for lina, Aria, Marianna, Hummingael, as i havent used the other languages versions much) seem quite poor in terms of variance ? pretty much only Belle, Maive, and Kiwi have a lot of lines and quite verbose at that too, especailly when it comes to "dirty talking". they can be quite intense and over the top at times, but at least you don't hear same 5 lines all the time. It's either that or im really unlucky and it plays the same lines most the time

Those are voiced in both English and another language, so perhaps they have less English lines? Also, lines are per sex stage so it depends on if it is before sex, during sex and how aroused, etc. You might want to change it to the option where they talk either English or their native language, as that will give much more diversity, sometimes they will talk English, other times their native language, other times both (first native language, then translated to English).

Thanks for that info. You're probably right that due to the changes you may not need to say "Maive" (pronounced Mayvh). If so that fix will be in the next main release. Meanwhile, I'm glad you figured out how to talk to her, and thanks for the info.

How do i update vam_updater / or how does Vam recognize VAMX for "add VamX to Scene" -Button? I delete now older version of Vamx in AddonPackages and rename the new file to old name in the meantime. I hope it works.

I can use it, but when there's an error, update or missing package in hub i am lost.

The “How to” works. But consumer-friendly simplicity mode would be desirable. I just want to be a director of my own VR porn. And not constantly looking for which packages, their providers and then becoming a new Patreon for each one, whereupon I have to become a Patreon again for more because they use packages/plugins from others. I am a normal consumer. I pay ONCE and want everything to work. These nestings are annoying and in the long run lead me to "classic" content. It's worse than DLC politics in games. I hope my criticism is understood constructively.

i was quite imprecise in my description i fear, apologies for that, i only used other than english vocies as reference to highlight pretty much what you said thsoe are different. What i meant most of all are english voices. so i ran a simple testi put on a sex scene (from 0 to orgasm) and used diffeenrt englsih vocies 2 times each. (Constance, Phillippa, Daisy, the other american one, Peach, Kiwi) and pretty mcuh only Kiwi has considerable variance and verbosity to her lines, with each other voice i would many a time enconter asituation that the same voice line gets repeated twice in the span of 1-min. Whihxcc is why i said they have very little to say. Now what suprises me as i understand Kiwi voice was reaslesd far before those others, so it looks like you got an actress to speak a lot of lines once, and then for next ones you deicded to cut down ? That's what im trying to understand here

Why are you renaming vamX? Download the latest version of vamX. If you were from Steam delete the vamX.1.99.var. Otherwise VaM just uses the latest version of vamX when doing Add vamX to Scene.

Put the var files in your Virt-a-Mate/AddonPackages folder (as explained by the instructions, so make sure to follow them). You must own Virt-a-Mate to use vamX. This is also stated strongly when you subscribe to the vamX Patreon. You can purchase Virt-a-Mate for only $2, but it's suggested to get it for $8. Part of this just has to do with voice actress. Actually the Kiwi voice in particular, we hired her for a second round of additional lines and asked her to expand the number of lines. We may be able to do this for other voices, it could be nice to expand the number of lines, but I've never had a request for that before. Are you just looking for more lines for everyone, or do you have specific voices in mind?

thought it'd would be probably something along those lines, "budget" and all :). Since you ask, Phillipa and Constance suit the chars im making the best (aside Kiwi ofc) then Peach maybe, for the scottish accent does provide nice viance, form non english, voices Marianna and Aria (english lines, i know contradictory but i like the sound of their voices after all :P )
