Ragdoll mode for VR.

This is just one of many features coming to 1.26.

Coming Soon (around January 12th, 2023), when vamX 1.26 is released.

Ragdoll mode can be activated for the Male or Female (3some support in future releases). Go to Pose -> Last Page -> RAGDOLL. This sets the joint settings so that you can easily move around, push, pull and pose the person.

It's easiest to move a Ragdoll person if you possess / Embody their partner.  If the Ragdoll person moves far away from you, you may need to follow with the Embodied person. To get the Embodied person to move freely around the room, open the Embodied person's Plugins -> Embody -> Custom UI... -> Other Settings and press Disable Untracked Controls. This will be further simplified in future releases, but is a good general tip for Embody.


If you are just arriving at the vamX Patreon for the first time and don't have vamX, download vamX 1.25.

Hello. I have a question about how to operate vamX. I am using oculus quest2. Is it possible to change the buttons that display the vamX menu? That button conflicts with the button to hold my hand and every time I hold my hand the vamX menu appears. *I am using an automatic translation, so the English may not be correct. Sorry.

Hi, is this a possible way to get manual movements with toys like theHandy etc. if you move the second person with the embodied persons hands for example up and down that it follows the movement if set up correctly? Maybe this has been already a thing but I just missed it on my research. Thanks in advance

You can press the "Hide" button to the bottom left of the vamX menu. This hides the menu and you can use the trigger button to do whatever you want. When you want to see the menu again press "Show" or if you can't find it, open the Virt-a-Mate menu and press the vamX UI button to show the vamX UI again.
