Action -> Smart Thrust turns on auto control of her hand motions (which change both randomly and based on arousal, pose, male being active, etc.). 

Or use the Actions panel to manually set her right / left hand to do what you want. You can choose from preset hand movements (find and stroke my chest, touch my hand) or even drag her hand manually to any location, and then turn on a variety of repetitive motions.

These are not pre-recorded animations, they are dynamically generated based on the positions and attributes of the current people in the scene.
