Marge Simpson Origins

Part prequel, part season 2.5, Queen Charlotte tells the story of... well, Queen Charlotte! She's not exactly my favorite character from Bridgerton... but perhaps this will make me appreciate her more when season 3 comes around?

PS. Internet was goin slooow so this is 480p for now and I'll update to 720p soon. Probably makes very little difference... but just FYI

This was just a really beautiful season, especially with the camera shots and the storytelling and the really awesome acting. I think they knocked the ball out of the park. Fuck Penelope and Colin though, for real

Wow, I'm shocked they cut it! It seems like a kind of important end to tie up and I think there were some other scenes that probably could've been less consequential to cut. Oh well, at least I know he lives!

I fucking loved this 2.5 season. I genuinly think it's my fav brigerton season by far. Also hoping that our expectations will be exceeded with the actual 3rd season, I'm not looking forward to Penelope and Colin as a pair..

The cover Charlotte and George were dancing to was "Nobody Gets Me" by SZA, since this series is focused on Charlotte and black female identity all the songs covered are popular songs by black female artists. There's quite a few Beyoncé songs, this song by SZA, an Alicia Keys song which I believe you pointed out in an earlier episode, and of course Whitney Houston's iconic "I Will Always Love You".

they really made a mistake making this season 2.5 and not season 3.5....... so concerned with season 3 especially after how good this series was. not excited for polin at all but hoping we'll get to see more eloise and that printing press guy

Just rewatched this again and I’m somehow sobbing even more the second time around, what a great fucking show

It didn't even occur to me when I first binged the series when it came out. ( and not till I saw it somewhere online ) That the Queen wears all of the outfits like her younger self so George will recognize her!! So she does not change the way her hair or gowns look! And yes that did make me cry! I really enjoyed the series and I can't wait for season 3 tracks!
