Annual membership now available. (Patreon)

Hey guys,

as some of you already know, patreon recently enabled annual memberships - ability to pledge for 12 months at once. I was on the fence whether or not I should enable it myself, however at the end of the day it's just an option, so if someone wants it, why not.

It's currently set to 5% discount.
