Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone celebrating! Here's a pic from last year (that I touched up a bit lol) for you all to enjoy. 

2020 is finally almost over. Pretty shit year imo lol. Really sorry that I've been behind pretty much all year. It's been really straining and exhausting with everything piling up, I'm sure you all can relate.

As for me, on top of everything I definitely fell into a rut of not wanting to draw/having the energy to draw, and had a drawing style crisis of a sort. Happens every so often and I fall behind and take time off because I can't figure out how I want things to look; generally I become unhappy with how my pictures look and all past pictures start to feel even worse to me, and when I come back my style has changed/improved pretty significantly (at least to me). 

It happened in 2017, and hit me pretty hard in early/mid 2018, and I got through all of 2019 uninterrupted before it hit me extra hard early this year, which just happened to coincide with all the covid lockdown shit. Lots of fuzziness in my head thinking about drawing, and the results I see once a picture is finished, and being unhappy with how my pictures turn out, especially when I start comparing myself to others lol. 

I think I managed to find a good style that feels right a couple months ago, my only problem now is that it takes to long for me to finish pictures like this that I'm still continuing to fall behind. I may address that next year when the time comes, but yeah that's what's been going on with me. If people want I can maybe break it down more, I know that artists' biggest critics are usually themselves and like I see a lot of stuff with my pictures that no one else notices.

Didn't mean to ramble on this much, but I wanted to give a bit of insight on what's happening with me lol. Thanks again to you all for supporting me and sticking with me through this year, I really appreciate it. And thanks to everyone in discord keeping me company and helping keep me sane lmao.
