Tier changes (Patreon)

Final decision: 4 slots of the Bagel Bites tier will be open for December and onward. I will have to kick everyone out of that tier so you can have a fair chance of reclaiming a slot. I'll be opening up the slots on 11-30-18, @ 12pm EST.

I have also done more thinking, and decided to try to open commissions publicly again instead of doing them through Patreon tiers. As a thanks to my Patrons, I will be opening my commission form to you all first, also on 11-30-18 @ 12pm EST.
