Face front, true believers! We reached a new goal!

It's been hard until now. And a bit of a mess. As I've said many times, it wasn't until the current team was formed (4 months ago) that the game really started living up to its potential. Despite the frustration, all that time allowed me to do a better game design, polish plot and subplots, and get really comfortable doing art, and release a LOT of Goodie packs for you guys to enjoy, so I won't say that time was wasted.

Ben X is more ambitious than most 2D NSFW games I've seen -save for big Hentai games, (like Daiteikoku, for example, a favourite of mine)- so in this 4 months with Akanoes, we really had to make sure we got the basics just right. He basically got rid of all the old code and started anew.

Which was a real downer, but it really had to be done. Better to take our time making sure everything works now, than to suffer the consequences later when we can't go back so easily. We don't want to speed up only to realize, some of the coolest stuff I have planned can't possibly make it in the game. 

But that's something we know we can speed up from 0.03 on, with more patron support so we don't waste our time working outside NSFW, and those base mechanics working smoothly. Just story content to write, sketch, paint, code, add sound and music to, and episodes to speed through.

It's been a tough climb, and we had to go back down because the weather was shit. But we are back, have proper gear, have set up camp in our second Alpha, and the weather's so good, we can clearly see the peak of the mountain.
