Roshiro met Richard during a paid holiday at work. Richard was at the hotel gym, toiling hard-- but Roshiro thought that Richard could use some relaxing instead. It didn't take a lot of work to convince him to go up to Roshiro's room and get plenty of room service-- after which, Richard really wasn't much in the mood to go back down to the gym.
