First on top is Chie getting webbed up by the silkworm. She'll be abandoned in the middle of the woods where it will be easy pickings for anything that might want to prey on her. . .

On the lower left is the Oozie's Surface tension type of graphic. Trapped beneath its surface Chie tries to push her way out but the Oozie's flesh is too elastic and sticky to allow her to escape, if she doesn't escape soon, she'll run out of air.

On the lower right is the Resurfacing graphic. Chie struggles as she treads helplessly in a deepening pool of sticky slime. Resurfacing to gain precious gargled breaths of air only to be pulled right under the surface, struggling helplessly, trying to escape. . .

Also you may change your votes if you wish, but this will be fully colored and it'll take up most of the screen as the text box verbally illustrates the situation with sound effects.
