(Just a series of notes from me to you! Thank you!)

Hey there and I hope everyone reading this is having a great day. If not, I hope your day is on the way to being great. Haven’t done a Ready’s Rambling in a while and thought it was time.

Little side story. When young Ready Art was in college my teachers would ask for volunteers for some sort of a demonstration. At first, I would hide in the back of the room to not get picked. At one point though, I decided to be “that” guy. Whenever a volunteer request happened - my hand shot up first. It got to the point where the teachers wouldn’t pick me because they knew I’d volunteer and they wanted somebody else to take a chance. I don’t say that to impress you, I say it to show sometimes the best way to get over something is to go straight through it.

We all make mistakes but what counts is how we deal with them afterwards. Do we let the mistakes define us or do we use them as stepping stones towards our goals? I guess what I’m saying is don’t be afraid to put yourself out there and take a chance. Take a chance with a dream of yours! Take a chance and meet a new person. It’s okay to take a risk. I’m not talking about going out and doing a death-defying stunt every day. I’m talking about getting out of your comfort zone.

I know that may seem like a lot of mumbo-jumbo especially if you’re having a tough time. Know this, things can and will get better, I promise you. You might have to step in and help it along though!

We are all one big family but we don’t always agree on everything. It does mean deep down we love and care for each other. I believe that. That’s one of the things keeping me going. I want every one of you to have the best day, every day.

I want to thank you again for your support and I appreciate all of you who donate your hard-earned money to help make more art and animation. We’ve come a long way in the last few months and a super long way in the last few years. It’s all due to you. If you can’t keep a month-to-month subscription - that is totally fine. I know some cannot afford monthly subscriptions but I have tons of free art that’s always available.

Enjoy, thank you and talk with you soon,

-Ready
