New request system notification (Patreon)

Going to be changing how request work. We're going to try a form based system to aid with organization as well as quality control. With as many requests as I've been getting the quality of the art work is in jeopardy In my opinion. There's simply not enough time to dedicate to the comic as well as the amount of requests I've been taking on. We're going to try this system out and see how it works. There will be issues but I'll do my best to iron them out and damage control as we go and learn.
