I know I haven't posted in a week now so I think it's fair to let you know what is going on.

I have recently contracted a bacteria in my throat that swellls and causes pain slowing down my workflow. Do not worry about me, the illness is not critical but it does causes crippling pain whenever I swallow my own saliva, water, food etc. Currently just sitting doing nothing feels like a living hell as if I'm being punched in my throat every time I swallow my own saliva. I've never felt this much pain in my life, don't know what this thing is.

Some might not see the big deal but trust me trying to focus and draw a line when you are flinching in pain every 10 seconds is not easy.

Hope you understand. Ill keep you updated when I'm Feeling better.

Sometimes I feel like I can't anymore, it just gets worse and worse. I need this to start swelling down tonight, I can't take much more.

Please don't feel like you owe us anything and push yourself too hard. Take as much time as you need to rest and heal up. From what you described, it sounds like you have strep throat. I used to get strep throat every winter when I was younger and it felt like hell with the constant pain from swallowing and having my throat close up, so I understand the pain you're dealing with well. Hope it clears up quickly for you❤

No problem, you just focus on you right now. Take your time to heal there is no rush. I wish you a full recovery and good health.

I'm so sorry man I hope you get better soon. Are you taking antibiotics at all?

chotterii

Doc said to take dexketoprofen and a oral anesthetic for pain but doesn't seem to calm the pain at all, also dexamethasone for swelling. None seem to be working good enough. I need some horse anesthetic or something

Yeah hopefully he prescribes you some pain medication or something else at least
