Let's animate your OC! (PLEASE READ!) (Patreon)

Hello everyone. So our poll unsurprisingly showed that most of you want to see animations of  patron's OCs, so lets discuss that.

TL;DR

This is a poll just like every fanart poll we make. The only difference is that patrons send me the charfacters (OCs) of the specific species I require. Those characters will be included  in a poll  and also there will be a regular fanart poll AT THE SAME TIME!

First of all let me tell you that in this post I might sound a bit condescending or might seem like I'm angry but that is not my intention. It's just that I have to be very clear and firm with the rules and disclaimers and English is not my first language . Please read everything I have to say.

Chotterii's Disclaimers:

*EVERY PATRON OF THE 4$ TIER GETS THE ANIMATION IN HD

Just like stated in your tier benefits, every animation I make is for all patrons, NOT just the chosen ones.

*THIS IS NOT A TIER BENEFIT

This is NOT a promise that you'll get your character animated. NOWHERE in this profile it is stated that you will get your character made. You pledged to see my animations and that is what you are getting, nothing more and nothing less. So please DO NOT pledge because of this activity, do it because you want to see my animations and because you want to support me.

*THIS IS NOT A GAMBLE! 

The characters will be chosen through votes on a poll like usual just like any fanart poll except this time the community's original character designs are the participants.

*YOU ARE NOT WINNING ANYTHING! 

You are only borrowing your character design so I can make fanart of it. 

*THIS IS NOT A COMMISSION!

If your character was chosen via poll, still you do not have any say in how the animation looks, the pose, the angle, where is your character located, how the character looks in my style, etc. I must have all creative freedom to do this. Remember I'll be working with more than one character so if I were to ask each person what they want, they would all tell me something different and then this would be impossible.

*YOUR CHARACTER WON'T BE THE FOCUS OF THE ANIMATION

It is better if you make up your mind from the beggining that your character is not the star of the play. I'll do everything I can so that no one look left out  or in the back but also it is impossible to make everyone the center of attention at the same time, that is not how art works. Like it was stated in the previous disclaimer, I decide who is in the front and who is in the back, who is left and who is right.

*I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ADD CHARACTERS THAT WERE NOT PICKED

 If there is a character that I like, even if it's not picked in the poll I can add it to the animation. Same goes for those who are persistent and submit their characters every activity and never get chosen. I have the right to add them if I feel like it.

*If for some reason this activity turns out troublesome in any possible way, I reserve the right to cancel this activity and proceed to make regular fanart like I've done so far.

How to participate?

Similar to every poll, we will have a theme chosen by me.  For example, theme can be "fantasy creatures"  so you;ll have to show me dragons, wyverns, etc. Another example if theme is farm animals you send me bulls, cows, horses, etc. Then we'll do a poll for "Tops" and one for "bottoms" with all the characters you sent me (There will be multiple winners each poll).

*In this case since this is the first time we are doing it You can send me the link to the dedsing via DM . In a future I'll set up a discord benefit for this, right now I can't do tha because it seems I must pay a premium price here on patron to offer that discord benefit and I can't afford it right now.

Who can participate?

For this first time everyone is welcomed as long as your OC fit's the theme I stated.

*In future polls I'll have to place a treshold because I can see people trying to exploit this if they hear I do this.  Someone could try to pledge 1 month just to get their OC animated for 4$ and that is not something I want and that is not fair for anyone.

What are the rules we must follow?

*If you want to participate then YOU MUST NOT HAVE PREJUDICE ON WHO YOUR CHARACTER IS PAIRED WITH. I know this is a touchy subject but if you are not comfortable with seeing your character with any random character then you should not participate because it would make the activity impossible.

*You must show solid proof that this character is your OC, a link to a tweet where you show the artist you comissioned to do the design or any screenshot like that will suffice. I do not want to get in trouble for doing an OC that belongs to someone else.

*NO HUMAN OC's sorry but I only accept furries because how easily you can get in trouble nowadays doing humans.

*NO SHOTA OR LOLI or anything that remotely resembles minors (Yes, even if they are furries).

If you are not chosen  then when will you have other chance?

This activity might not be beneficial for me, everyone has the right to stop supporting whenever they want but I can see this triggering a scenario where people leave just because they weren't chosen, also I can see people leaving because they already got their animation. So most likely I'll lose patrons for doing this instead of growing.

So we'll have to wait and see how succesful this is...

Can you post this on your profile?

I am 100% sure everyone will want to post this on their social media and that is normal. It is your OC after all. I'm thinking this particular activity I will have to post it publicly (only the non-HD version) . Then if it's public then it should be alright for you all to post it on your social media.

This brings me back to my previous point. I don't like to post full length clips in my twitter because that is the main incentive to pledging on patron. So I can see this harming my patron page more than helping. But this is the only work around I can think of when it comes to posting this on your social media.
