To summarise - intrusive thoughts aren’t real or what you really believe. They’re scary unwanted images that your brain throws out at you. It’s scary, but you need to know that they don’t make you evil - just traumatised.

Remember, kids: don’t kill yourself - time will do it for you.

As someone who also struggles with the guilt of their intrusive thoughts (but for very different reasons) it's tough to not judge yourself for what goes on in your head. I'm sorry that you've got to take on this particular battle, but I'm happy to see that you recognize and are trying to remind yourself that the human brain is an incredibly complex organ. And intrusive thoughts are a lot like hiccups: they're involuntary, hard to stop, can be triggered by certain things but can also just come out of nowhere, and you just kind of have to ride them out until it's over. You're one tough cookie Tea, be proud of that.
