Nicholas speaks English pretty fluently, I believe it’s his second language with Korean being third and Japanese being fourth. Maki and Nicholas do weverse lives sometimes where they talk predominantly in English and they’re really fun to watch!

There’s also an MV of Full Countdown with all of the contestants.

I really love this episode 💜. Whenever I think of young idols leaving home early I always think of Ni-Ki. That young man got on a plane at 12 years old not knowing any Korean and chased a dream. Then the pandemic hit. He didn’t see his family again in person until he was 16. Zero chance he thought when he got on that plane it would be more than 3 years until he would see them again. Or the same for his family. I am so glad Enha is so popular in Japan and he gets to go back pretty often now and at least see them occasionally on those trips. The idols and their parents are amazing.

Jake also left everything, but my understanding is at least one of his parents now lives in Korea at least some of the time. Good thing as Enha hasn’t made it to Australia yet. He’d still be waiting. I’m hoping the Ausie’s get their chance to have Enhypen visit soonish.

Man, this was such a heartwarming episode, I’ve watched &audition like four times by now lol

“Nicholas bypassing censors because he curses in so many different languages” is my favorite genre of &Team videos.

harua and maki are best friends and always touching so this dynamic is so interesting to see looking back at now haha

tanasia

maki cried about harua, finally calmed down, and then cried about a letter from his parents 10 minutes later

Oh! I definitely understand what you mean about groups names and such, but I will say there is a bit of an exception here! The team name, or more so chant that they use for the Oh My! Team is actually still used by &Team to this day! Before performances, filming days, and basically anything they try to hype themselves up for, they huddle up and shout "Go Wan(One), Go Wan, Go Wan!' When I first saw it in their behind for their MV, I teared up haha 😊
