I think TY was saying he's unsure if he can make it to the world tour next year, because there are rules in Korea that enlistment candidates are not allowed to leave the country within a certain number of months from their enlistment date. That's the troublesome news to everyone, because this could potentially be his last concert before he goes to military, and as things go really fast-paced in k-pop (and as shown in most past groups), your career is usually quite uncertain and popularity will most likely decline after enlistment.

yeah if we like become their fans before enlistment we wouldnt feel anything after their comeback , in our view they still popular but we have to actually look around and see the veteran artist. they still have lot of fans no doubt but to cater new fans , quite hard.
