Which performances are your favourite??

EDIT: Do we like this half and half parts or should I just wait and then upload them in one? So like I'd be filming it when it's like 80% subs in the morning and then I can wait til the rest of the subs are up before editing them together. What do you think?

I know some people won't understand what I'm about to say but I'm mad at Hui. I'm mad at him because he's once again doubting his skills, probably because people are expecting so much of him and therefore, consciously or unconsciously, putting so much pressure on him. He's been constantly comparing himself to the other guys out there who are indeed very talented and I would've probably done the same, but because of this he's trying to be someone he isn't and this is why I'm mad. Just trust yourself, all of these years spent with pentagon and universe, all of the hardships you went through and everything you've overcome, you'll realise how powerful you are. That's what I want to tell him.

I'm inlove with JAY's voice too 💗💗💗 kinda reminds me of D.O (probably because of the fact that he did the same high note that D.O did on LMR original arrangement, I love Hui's new arrangement of high note too but like the original definitely hits harder for me ) but Idk, still hard to choose. I want Hanbin team to win as well. 🥲 Looking forward to the other performances next week 🙏🏻

Honestly I’m fine with two parts and I have to admit it’s nice to get my curiosity satisfied as soon as possible. In the end it’s really what is the easiest/most enjoyable for you to film

I agree!! I feel like he has forgotten what a great performer he is, not only when it comes to vocals but overall. Like for example Huis performance for all the Daisy live stages was out of this world, not only bc he sings the highnotes but just in all aspects, i rly hope he can get back his confidence after this challenge or in the next challenge.

I lowkey think they are a bit too hard on Hui. I get that he has a lot of experience I do, but he came on this show as a contestant and i feel like they should treat him more like one. If any other trainee would have sung what he sang they would have been excited and would have maybe just nicely told them to relax and tone it down a bit. I feel like it is unfair that they have such high standards for him. This man has been in the military for like two years and JUST got out. Also every time a contestant sings a good high note they show the masters AND his reaction, like if mnet consider his approval such a big deal then maybe they should have just brought him on the show as a master?

I definitely enjoyed the performances so much, I’m just amazed at how many talents there are! This episode also really solidified Haruto as one of my top picks - he’s an amazing dancer, has so much charisma in his rap and he’s hilarious lmao I love him 😊 I would say as of now my top nine are Jiwoong, Sung Hanbin, Matthew, Haruto, Lee Seunghwan, Zhang Hao, Seowon, Keita and Jay. I wish there were more spots because I have others I absolutely adore and I want them all to debut 🥲

I think there are several evaluations distributed throughout the week: vocal/rap, dance, and full performance. Ofc this is still a show so they dont show all evals/lessons. For the K-KTL group, it seems like it was a lip j dance lesson or dance eval rather than a full evaluation that Choi Young Joon had with the Very Nice team. It also looks like some trainee groups like to sing during dance evals to display competence to the masters.

The parts aren't actually competing against each other, like main vocalist vs main vocalist, the audience members can only vote for one performer for each song between both teams. Also, since you asked, that is the usual process for most Produce shows during this round. Jay, Matthew, Han Bin, Lee Ye Dam are my permanent votes, everything else changes week by week.

I worry about Gun Wook, I love him he's an all rounder and he has idol written all over him but it's time Mnet lets him show another color than strength. For once, I was glad Mnet showed him cry because it highlighted his vulnerability. But I understand why he wasn't chosen by anyone. He has the power to eclipse any trainee and yes, they are afraid of him. Gun Wook needs to show (or be allowed to) he can carry a sentimental image, some ayego, anything versatile really. Because he'll debut I'm sure, maybe even as a soloist. Yet so far with the team at the top, he does not fit. Also, the tallest trainee whose name I forget is 2m= 6,56 feet. He is 4 inches taller than Rowoon!

Just want to share, JAY and WUMUTI (from Love Me Right) both actually joined another survival program before called Under Nineteen! 💚 That's actually where I first heard JAY. He's really good! and also LEE SEUNGHWAN he joined that show too and was able to debut with the final line-up! Their final group was called 1the9 💗 I miss them 🥲

i didn’t hear about any of the rumours and it doesn’t seem like there’s any solid proof. i’m sure mnet wouldn’t allow him to stay on if it was bad (like what happened in produce x101). for me it was just the character/vibe but i’m glad we’re getting to know him a bit more and i’ve started to like him better☺️

EP4 is aired at 8:50PM (KST) on Thursday and the livestream will be on the next day aka 3PM Friday (KST). You can watch EP4 on AfreecaTV but the real time sub here is suck 😭 (you can still understand about 60-70% tho =))) For the elimination, it will be livestream on MNET KPOP (youtube), and idk if this one will have sub 😭 I'm gonna watch it anyway 🙄😭 EDIT: Oh sorry my bad. I've just checked and AfreecaTV just has Thai, Indo and Vietnamese sub 😭 There's no source for you to watch EP4 with sub in real time. If you still want to watch it raw, AfreecaTV is the easiest option.

Honestly I didn't plan on voting for Jay at first, I have 4 fixed picks as for now (Hanbin, Taerae, Seunghwan and Ricky) but I think I'm gonna start adding him to my list 😭. It's kind of the same thing you said with Gunwook, I knew Jay was good but he didn't really catch my eyes until now. However, I'm a sucker for main vocalist material and Jay definitely has that, no voice cracks or anything, man delivers every single time, he's insane and I love him. This season is filled with a lot of top tier trainees and it makes it so much harder to pick only 9 people, at this point I'll be happy with whoever ends up in the line up as I'm pretty sure the team will be well rounded.

If Jay doesn't get into the debut lineup then idk what life is anymore. Calling him a monster is an understatement. If he debuts then he is automatically one of the best vocalists in kpop in my opinion. He has an amazing voice and his EXTREMELY stable as well. There are a lot of good vocalists in kpop but someone THIS stable is rare even among the top vocalists.

When you say Haruto it's similar with Mark, it reminds me that Haruto's role model is Mark 😳 i think i saw it on his Boys Planet Profile 🤔 If i'm not mistaken about 7 trainees chose Mark as their role model.

I'm late to the party but i have to say Jay's voice just has that seasoning to me that we dont really see in KPop and I love it!!
