glad you’re fine Jeff! after this episode monika got no screentime cuz she always being straight forward and criticizing the swf’s system lol. they all supportive it just mnet editor love to create drama just like when ygx’s member asked noze “are you all right?” they made it look like sarcasm/mocked noze, but the truth is she’s checking noze’s ankle condition.

As a huge Girls' Generation fan this episode's really a treat for me!! Sooyoung is indeed a really good dancer, she's popular and all but I feel like as a dancer she's very underrated (FYI she's a lead dancer in GG) so I'm really happy that she's able to kind of show off here. Like you I was surprised too that HOOK was able to get her to perform here because she's so busy with all her projects and stuff. Also, I feel like whenever someone mentioned GG, #1 dancer they would instantly think of is HYOYEON and not Sooyoung, which I totally understand ofc since Hyoyeon is on another level of an exceptional dancer. So Sooyoung being in here is a big deal for me. 😭❤ and that was me being a FAN. HAHA but without being bias or anything, I agree that part kind of cut the flow of HOOK's performance. That was too short so it felt kind of random also and I feel like if they could've made Sooyoung wear same outfit as them it would've been better too. Still, Overall they did GREAT! and I love all the performances for this mission. 💚

Hope you're feeling better! I think everything gets better from here on in terms of the show. They're really given not so much time to prepare so the quality of what was produced is amazing. This episode's challenge really started to allow each crew to show their distinct colors

Glad that you feel better Jeff ☺️ I love this mission. It really challenged the team's ability to create a grand scale performance while showing their styles. My favourite is Prowdmon's performance. Monika and Lip J also shared their ideas behind the performance, which is such a delightful read to me. Beside SWF, I'm currently binge watching Street Dance of China, and sometimes I suddenly think: "Jeff would love this performance". Hope that one day I can hear your commentary on that show lmao (S1 & 2 can be skipped, S3 & S4 are must-watch. Lay is a judge/team leader in S3 & S4. Ten just showed up as a guest judge in S4. The show's format, mission, dancers, choreography and battle is amazing. People, please go watching it now 😭 Available on youtube with full engsub.) I was watching this show as it was airing and man i cried all over again with LACHICA performance, its just so powerful and the message is rlly well delivered! I also agree with ur opinion about Prowdmon!! i remember watching it and getting goosebumps, it was just powerful in its own way. Cant wait for u to keep reacting!! the following eps are just as good as this

on your comments about eating carbs: I feel like this is the reason we used to see so many female idols fainting on stage or during performances, considering the ridiculous diets we used to hear about often :/ their bodies could not handle the work they were attempting to do

there are many things that could be the reason why idols faint, but yes, a lot of it is lack of proper nutrition or sleep. dancing is like a sport. it needs to be treated like you're an athlete since their schedules are so demanding.
