My family also have that diet too haha, but it's more like no carb hi fat so it's keto, but i'm in a boarding sku so I can't really do that with them lol

If you wanna watch the daily working day life stuff from idols, there's a show called "The Manager" that starred different idols and I watched most of them and found the eps with Seventeen and Kang Daniel most interesting haha

Kai and Taemin really keep their friendships lasts. The four of them were together in Tamein's reality show once. They had a staycation. Taemin, Kai, Kwonho and Timoteo. I love their squad so much.

about the poop pad: you basically use it if the dog can't control it's bladder. we had to use it for my dog when he was a puppy because we were potty training him :)

In Korea, I heard that groceries are a lot expensive than eating out. But Kai definitely has the luxury to cook healthy meals at home despite being extremely busy and control his diet (even though in my opinion he doesn’t need to diet so extremely?). I think it’s a great idea to do weekly meal preps to fill up his almost empty fridge of his lol.

nooooooo i like your black hair so much. don't change them. real talk now btw, i also thought about bleaching mine but i'm so scared of ruining them, and also i feel like then i would become a slave of the continuous dying (not to show my roots) and ugh .. can't put up with that. i applaude everyone who makes it.

now that i'm back at my parents' house due to the pandemic, it's difficult to take walks cause i live in a peripheric area near the sea (and the sea it's still 15mins away). but before the pandemic i lived by myself on the other side of the country in a city surrounded by the alps (north of italy, close to austria) and i took so many walks cause the mountain landscape is amazing. esp starting from mid october since it starts snowing on the peaks.

Jeff i would like to see u react to SHINee 10 anniversary reality show that they shot in 2018. They showed some behind the scenes of the members doing photoshoot and practicing the choreo for their new song and them shooting a music show performance. it was really cool to see. This reality show is really short like its just 6 episodes and each ep is like 12 minutes. Kai did mention that it was his day off on the day of filming, SM probably didn't want his practices and other schedules to be filmed/bogged down by a big film crew following him everywhere or maybe Kai himself wanted to show a day off rather than the idol life lol
