I'm a sucker for great chords, a funky beat, and a killer melody. This song has all of that! While recording this, I kept getting "early Smooth McGroove" vibes, meaning mid-to-late 2013 songs that really got my channel going in that first year...probably because it feels like some long-lost SNES song. It's really fun to do songs like this that stretch my vocal range and keep me on my toes.
