Fast bug fix for WOL v3.8 and LM (Patreon)

I got reports that some people cannot hire 4th worker for your brothel and since they sent me their saves, I was able to find and fix the issue. I tested the build 3 times and I did not catch this bug, so I'm not sure how prevalent it is. Anyway, it is fixed now and if you download the game again and transfer saves, it will correct it.

Also, last platform updates broke the Ludus Master game and this issue is also fixed with this bug fix. So if you want to play Ludus Master, I recommend to download it again too.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks to all people who found the problem and reported it. I did not changed the version number, so it stays the same - 3.8.
