The Johari window is a technique designed to help people better understand their relationship with themselves and others. It was created by psychologists Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham in 1955, and is used primarily in self-help groups and corporate settings as a heuristic exercise.

I am glad you choose to see me the way you do - Walter Bishop. What a line. I love that because of the context Walter thinks about. Based on what he did. Or what we think he did. Nothing confirmed yet. But I love that line so much. Despite this being my least favourite episode of season 2 - it showcases how brilliant Fringe is. No episode is skippable - and all episodes focus more or less on the human condition - with emotional twists left and right. The last 5 min of this episode are brilliant. It's impossible not to fall in love with this cast.
