I think you should definitely watch Good Trouble! I would be here religiously to watch it with you if you decide to because it is so amazing and it touches on many amazing topics! Not to mention, you get to see more of The Fosters, so you don't have to say goodbye completely. I think both Mariana and Callie's journey is fun. And the new characters that get introduced in this spin off are very intriguing.

All in all, I really enjoyed watching your reactions to The Fosters and seeing how much you loved it all. I have to agree with you with the Matt situation. Personally, I really REALLY loved Matt and his relationship progression with Mariana when he first was introduced and though they had their fair share of problems later on, I was happy to see they manage to work it out and even stayed friends at some points. I hate that they ended on bad terms here, it was so shitty. But it is what it is. As for Jesus and Emma, meh I was never the biggest fan of them together but I think I agree with Emma on the fact that they should take some time apart. Recently, they haven't been able to really work things out so maybe a little space would do them well. I don't think she gave up her opportunity to go to India, I think it hadn't started yet at the point when she went to Turks by surprise. Anyways, this finale was very wholesome overall, I loved the little clips from previous seasons they included in this episode to see how much each character and the Fosters as a whole have grown... love, LOVEE them a lot!
